8. This video is really just a generic motivational speech with a clickbait title that tries to hide the fact that it's 35 minutes of promoting your books and website. There's no real meat in this content and the "steps" are as actionable as Rich Dad Poor Dad's generic nonsense. Its target audience are the people sitting on the beach who won't ever take action while people are serious about RE investing are left without any usable content.
   
   I found the part about looking for a realtor laughable, 99.99% of realtors have no clue regarding RE investing and any recommendations you get from friends and family are unlikely to fit your needs. If you have to get a realtor (which I bet you either have your own agent license or have a list of specialised agents) it's better to get recommendations from other investors.
