I like his line of thought where he suggests that by investing your savings (small money) it's not a big deal "because If we loose it we can always go back to work for 2 or 3 years and earn it back" .. so it's not a big deal to make a mistake that you'll end up wasting another 2 or 3 years on top of those 2 or 3 years that it took you to save that money up...So basically he's saying don't worry to gamble and chuck away 6 years of your life, what's the big deal about that,right?!!? 13. I was expecting some really bad advice, but this is good. Though could have mentioned Benjamin Graham's Intelligent Investor and Keynes General Theory (a particular chapter regarding frothy markets) as Warren Buffet cites these two as the most important books and Benjamin graham as the person who taught him what he knows (he was taught by him and worked for him I think).

That's one penny per year if I put my 1,000$ in a savings account where I'm not allowed to touch it when I already have stuff I need to save up for.     I just started tuning into your podcast which led me to do some more research and I found your channel. I've been interested in investing for about 4 years now, but I was nervous to put in the small amount of money I did have, so I convinced myself that I had to save more if I wanted to have any chance of getting any real returns. When I finally saved 10k that fear crept back up and I put it off until I could save 20k. I'm now sitting on that savings and listening to your podcast has pushed me towards finally taking a shot at it.
