  3. I'm having a hard time believing that you can charge 700 a month for rent for a 40 thousand dollar home. how do you do it? rent for a place like that is 400 a month right? I'm confused

Question: You account for vacancy, repairs, and expenses by removing 40% from your annual rental income for a given property. I never hear you mention annual property taxes and home owners insurance. Where do you account for those recurring costs against your Freedom Number and ROI? Thanks.
  15. $40K - $45K, where are you finding homes for that price including the rehab? Here in NY you could never find that... And if one were to do this out of state how do you handle everything? Rehab, renting, etc...
