   I'm a real estate broker in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, and i would like to share how i do to push the price down.. Normaly i say that i have this specific client thats is looking for a home but he can only pay 60k (lets say the owner ask for 100k) and then i ask if i can bring him to see the property and maybe he can pay a little more... this is one of my strategies... Nice video..
