Ok traders, how many times have you placed a trade from your gut, only to watch if go against you and stop you out or end with a big nasty, stinky loss? Through the use of something called technical analysis, we can look at trades in a different manner. There is actually a scientific approach to trading (regardless of what you believe.) Many options traders have the black and scholes formula for options pricing but binary options traders rarely use that. Binary options traders often just 'wing it'. Why is this? Why do binary options trader fail so much? The answer can all come down to 2 key things... Technical analysis and Mental aptitude. Technical analysis... First, you have to have a plan of some sort. You have to know your probabilities of a win or loss before you ever pull the trigger. Forex traders do it. Stock traders do it. Even mutual fund managers do it. Technical analysis in any market is a key factor you absolutely MUST do, in order to be profitable over the long term. Mental Aptitude... You have to stick to your plan once you have a trading plan. If you can not stick to a set of signals, then there is no reason in having trading signals or any trading system at all. If you can not follow directions, then go away and stick your head in the mud and continue to be blind. One you have both the technical and the mentality to be a trader, then and only then, can you begin to realize a profit from a structured point of view, instead of a gamblers point of view.
