The thing I like most about these option "training" videos is that they find one or two outliers and make it the standard for all option trading. In most cases, it is not even possible to verify that these are real stocks. We don't even know if these options are ITM, OTM or ATM or the stock price at the time of expiration.
You should never buy an option that is 13 cents (13 dollars) on expiration day because it is so far out of the money that you will lose almost 100% of the time. Instead you should be on the selling side of the trade which this guy probably is on.
