Hello David,I am fallowing your video and started up the Demo of the MT4 and the Indicator you mentioned to get the Bolinger Band, P4L Candle Time, Slope Direction Line and the Stochastic Oscillator, I can only get the Bolinger Band and the Stochastic Oscillator. Not the P4L Candle Time and the Slope Direction Line. How do you get the later, P4L Candle Time and the Slope Direction Line?
