I decided to make a property investing video blog

Sunday night I made the decision. Time to take video more seriously. Here's what the next 24 hours looked like in my own little property investing world. I spent Monday talking with property investor clients, negotiating with the real estate agent on the purchase price of our next HMO buy to let property, recording two new episodes of the Inside Property Investing podcast (one great episode with the guys from Cooke Burgess Property, and an expert session with Richard Little on property development deal appraisal), as well as running a property investment mastermind session with a group of ambitious and successful property investors. Property investment is a huge passion of mine, and in addition to our regular podcast (available on iTunes or at www.insidepropertyinvesting.com) I'm going to start documenting more visual content around property investing, property development, buy to let property, houses of multiple occupation, interior design, working on joint ventures, and all other property investment topics through this video blog. I don't believe in passive income from property, but I am trying to create a lifestyle business through property investment, and I'm going to share the ups and down of my struggle to get there.
