   It is not a scam like many say, but it is far from great and I do not recommend it to anyone, especially not @ $165/month . IML is a good way for newcomers, like myself (at the time) to get introduced to FOREX. The educational side provides all the basics via podcast instructional video's and PDF or PowerPoint presentations. It teaches everything from understanding what a PIP is to opening a personal trading account and making your first trades.
   
   The educational side is valuable and can be completed in a few months time spending 1 hr/day.
   
   On the flip side, the products and especially the services IML provides (included in the membership) is absolute garbage. The over-hyped "Harmonic Scanner" is an okay tool to use along side your own trading plan but should NEVER be used solely on its own. The "AutoTrader" is a complete disaster, the original BOT's are nothing to get excited about and the REAL traders they had would make your account go into serious drawdowns and eventually hit margin call or they would close for a HUGE lose. I am talking about 200-400 PIP draw downs and if it ever went into profit, they closed with +50-150. You call that professional ? Give me a fucking break. The live trade room ran by founder and CEO Chis Terry is mediocre, for a guy who claims to be a successful 30+ million profitable trader.
   
   I will not even get started on the administration and customer service side of their company. Disgraceful.
   
   
   If you have made it this far, understand this. IML is great to get your feet wet but that's about it. There are MANY other more genuine FOREX educational companies out there such as Trade Empowered or any of the private traders on TradingView who do small mentor groups.
