Any citizen who wishes to become CM can inward his name before Collector. 2. Any citizen of India can walk to Talati's (Patwari) office, pay Rs 3 fee, approve at most five persons for the CM position. The Talati will give him receipt with his voter-id, date/time, persons he approved etc. 3. The Talati will put citizen's preferences on Govt website with his voter-ID. 4. A citizen can change his approvals any day for Rs 3 fee 5. On every 1st of the month, the Secretary will publish approval counts of candidates 6.
