2. Start.  Now.  Every month not investing is an opportunity missed.  Sooner is infinitely better than later.  Pay tuition, stay out of debt, then invest every available penny.

   Since Clint is already earning money and he in school...
   
   Clint could take his $25,000 and invest it into a mutual funds with a 10 year average of at least 11%. At 65 Clint would have $3.8 million.
   
   And SINCE Clint is not certain what he wants to do next, piling $25K into a four year school may be a huge of time and money.
   
   Four years of college is NOT the magic answer for every teenager to achieve success.
