   I am looking at a deal similar to yours in terms of prices for rents and properties. Also the area Im looking at in San Antonio is starting to be revitalized so I see good prospect for the future in terms of value.
   
   Im curious of your final numbers.
   How much was the purchase price?
   How much did you put down?
   How much was financed for the mortgage and the terms?
   How much $$$/work did you put into the property?
   Lastly after you fixed it up based on ARV did you refi  with the bank and take some money out?
   Have you rented it out yet and at what price monthly, if not what are you expecting it to rent for?
   
   I know its a lot of questions but it will really give me a baseline to decide if I should pull the trigger or not on my deal.  Thanks ahead of time,
