INVESTING YOUR TIME: MISSION 01: FULL MEDIA COMMANDOS

Work for Free? Hell no we'd rather take a nap. Or would we? We're creators and builders! Can we really sit still? We at Full Media Commandos find great value in what creators do. From Musicians to Visual Artists we know Art Builds Empires™! Your time and creations holds great value. With that said, let's explore some ideas about doing it for exposure and the love, using it in your portfolio, getting credit, collaborations and creating more work for your path. Sometimes the non paid work gets you work you might of never got. But this is a slippery slope and you gotta make wise decisions or someone else will make decisions for you. Mission 01: Investing Your TIme is an introduction to these ideas and different perspectives from working artists to tradesmen/women. We're all in the same boat and we can learn from each other. Mission 01 shows when we might invest our time into a project or into people. Even if there's nothing in it for you. Or especially when there is some pay off down the road. Everything is an investment and there are plenty of people who give their time for nothing. And then there are those times when there is nothing upfront but you see potential down the road. Although we have to be careful, this posturing as a regular thing doesn't pay the immediate bills. You gotta take care of yourself before you can take care of others. So make sure YOU are the one who makes that choice! Because there are plenty of people who will make that choice for you. Who don't necessarily have your best interest in mind. Stay Tuned. Mission 01 will be followed by companion videos called Counter Measures that cover more ground and explore more of the territories outlined by the Mission. We're serious about our lifestyle that's why we like to keep it playful. Life as a creative entrepreneur might not be a war but it can be a constant battle. Get some training and preparation to keep it moving and remember "There's always more than one way to draw a line!™". Art, Lifestyle, Business, Full Media Commandos. 1. Traipsed in here from the Roadhouse (cheers!). Great video and great message. People nowadays take the creative industry completely for granted. Showing us the process of creating this logo gives us a good idea of the time, love, and hard work that goes into the creative process. Thanks for sharing your work with us man. Great production content. I'll be sure to check out your websites and other social media.
