JSE Power Hour: Investing in listed property

Last year Keillen Ndlovu, Head of Listed Property Funds at Stanlib, was one of the most popular JSE Power Hour events and he is back for another look at property. Keillen focuses on developments in the fast growing local listed property sector as well as looking offshore for opportunity. Locally we've seen property stocks slow their massive growth we'd seen in recent years yet we still seeing a number of new listings in the space. He further compares the South African property sector to international alternatives to contextualise the investment case for South African property. Lastly, he identifies a few key property trends in the local market that could hold value for investors in the long run.
