   Business should be create input, get response and reactions from market, and then get output - anymore reasoning beyond is asking for failure.

I forced myself to watch this guy...I normally don't like watching these type of men with big egos...yet when he mentioned his mom and what she did and how it opened up a new way of thinking ,drew me in...that's a from the heart story and helps you get somehow where he's coming from..Thanks Evan Carmichael for your work.

   i started to diversify my investisments in terms of time and i found out there is a lot of money to do.
   I love and will def apply the advice and apend the interest....
8. I'm missing something. In the Focus on Cash Flow rule Kevin says you can start out with a dividend stock that yields 3% but if something happens where the company's forecast gets slashed and the yield goes to 6% he wouldn't want to own that stock. Wouldn't a 6% yield be better?

11. I love his advice " use the interest not the principal" and "buy stock that produces dividends."  I love dividends!
