Leaving YouTube...

YouTube upheld a Community Guideline Strike against a 2.5 year old half assed video that I would have been fine with simply deleting. This means I lost the right for 6 MONTHS to upload long form vids, plus even be able to dispute other infractions. YouTube has made it clear it has not real concern about content creators. I will continue to upload small videos to this and the other channel, but YT will no longer be my primary focus. If someone with 626K Subs isn't worth a simple phone call there is no argument for why it's worth investing real effort to this platform.

While YouTube has a lot of problems when it comes to how videos gets taken down, and the difficulties of fixing wrongs, I have actually seen that video in question, and I do remember that you actually encouraged your viewers to use the method if they wanted to steal someone's password. So in that respect I understand how someone could react, but there are way worse stuff being said on YouTube, and I don't think it was bad enough for you to lose your rights, albeit temporarily. However, it was bad enough for me to lose some respect for you at the time.

8. I'm sorry man, It sucks that youtube works that way. I follow your videos because they bring a lot of content and I learned a lot from them. I hope everything gets back in place buddy.

14. if i could +1 your strike youtube (to appeal it) i would. but u got a strike because of; "youtube hero's." you helped me alot on html programming and now im almost done with a site, just make a new channel. keep this one up as a old channel. but if u dont sad to see you go ;(
