They don`t tend to go 3000+ euro here (I live in Belgium, right next to germany), but at conventions I often see them go around 1900 though
Interesting. What do you think is an ideal $ number in appreciation before you sell an investment set. I've heard ppl say when it sells at double original retail and I've heard ppl say triple original retail. Your opinion?
Should I keep the new townhouse set in the box if I bought it to put in my Lego city but I think it will increase in value over time because lego does not do many big house sets very often. I do not mean modulars.
