hey Brickbarian, would you do a video on Parts Value... this Nexo set is $100 retail and you give it a $170 parts value and say its NOT a good spread. what factors drive Parts Value? looking at another of your videos Arkham Aslyum, that is $150 retail and you say $336 is its parts value that is a much wider gap for sets still on the shelves.
your comparison to similar retired sets from 2-3 years ago, (and longer sets when that data is available) is very illustrative, and parallels stock market analytics, but Parts Value is the missing piece for that calculation.

Another very nice video. Yeah I'm avoiding this Nexo line. Just like the Ninjago line. For investing I stick primarily to licensed products and modulars.
