  1. I haven't used a checkbook since my first bank account. Rather paying money to get a checkbook for my new account, because I didn't get one when I set it up, Wells Fargo has the option called Bill Pay which allows you to send checks to whoever you need to send it to without having to buy an actual checkbook. I used it for a while when I was paying rent at my old place. And rather than giving your employer a cancelled check so that they can do direct deposit, you can just go to your local bank and ask for a direct deposit authorization form which you can then give to your employer. Just a way to save money.
  2. Where is the line between stressed from school and work and family and being actually, legitimately depressed?
  3. You guys save my life by making things easier... My World Of Warcraft life.
  4. Hay! That could be the catchphrase- "teamwork makes the dream work"
  5. How does one go about getting a book published? I've done a lot of research, but it's still really overwhelming and I don't know where to start.
  6. Why did you decide to start a Youtube channel, was it because you guys wanted to help people struggling with adulthood or was it something else?
  7. Hey everyone! I'm Ahmed and I'm a foreign exchange student from Tunisia. I just got admitted to the Yale Global Scholars Program and I'm starting a fundraiser to cover my tuition and expenses to take part of this amazing program! I would really appreciate it if you would donate, or share my fundraiser page with the people you know!
    Have a great day! :D

  8. This is how to adult, I'm not really looking to find out about your book. Prefer The Financial Diet for money issues, more practical, focused advice.
  9. Again.. very disturbing.. what are you guys? sister brother? guy girlfriend? married? platonic friends? what!? I need to know so I can sleep at night
  10. What is the minimum length of time you should stay in a stepping job before moving on and applying for a better position elsewhere? It's important to stay long enough to make a good impression and get some good references but when the travel is very inconvenient, the pay is low and the work isn't stimulating enough (but it's the only place that offered you a job while having zero experience), the desire to look for something better is intense. 6 months? 1 year?
  11. Question: when is it a good time to ask for time off from work?
  12. Pretty sure that chequebook advice is only for the US. The rest of the world just does bank transfers like normal people
  13. I love you two!!! I need your nerdiness in my life!!! Also you two are really funny together.
  14. How really curious how often the lack of catch phrase is scripted versus improvised.
  15. Please make a video about how to deal with being unemployed (both practically - although I'm British so the details might not be the same - and emotionally). I'm on Month 4 of unemployment and my advice is coming from people who are close to me and therefore too emotionally invested. I'm particularly finding it hard to stay productive and positive simultaneously. I can either be unproductive in finding a job but stay positive by distracting myself with things I enjoy, or I try to apply for jobs but feel negative due to a lack of progress. Also want to say thanks for all the videos - helps me realise that I'm not the only one trying to figure out adulting.
  16. catch phrases are overrated.
  17. How do you get published? I have a novel draft that I am currently editing but I have no idea what to do after it's edited to try and get it published...
  18. Ally has amazing interest rates, especially for savings accounts and there are no minimum balance requirements like other banks have cough chase bank cough
  19. Catchphrase: "Come back here to learn how to adult, because they don't teach you that at school"

I will spam all your videos with this until you come up with a catchphrase, yes I am talking to you, Mike.
  20. Next video I really want a Trump-esque answer to "What's the catchphrase"
