  3. Hi John, I watched many of your videos, thanks for the tips. I have a question, I'm helping my mother purchase a new single wide, the park owner saying he going to give her at cost (the invoice) I spoke with him about a particular model (Dempsey) and the model I looked at was in vinyl siding (which I requested) but he said the model he has in wrapped in plywood, can you please tell me should I be concerned? I also asked for exterior studs 16 inch apart instead of 24 but he says this one is 24, is that a big thing I should be worried about also? The guy seems okay but he hasn't been consistent about certain things we discussed in the past. I want to pay cash for it all at once, but I don't know what I should do, Thanks John.
  4. hi john im in kansas and my mom had to abandon and relinquish her mobile home to the park and the title wasnt available lost smwhere she signed smthing they produced and now years later shes paying the property taxes and the park moved smone into trailer and she has to pay the taxes to tag her car yearly and it is going on every year how do we stop this please

  6. rule number one, when looking at a mobile home take off your shoes, and walk all over even in the bath room, your shoes will hide soft spots and uneven floors and warped or sagging floors, learned that the hard way

  14. Which one is better park model, tiny house, a trailer, or a mobile home. stuck with the choices. I want the affordability without losing the comfort of home. Looking into it because we're not planning to stay in ft. stockton in texas permanently. My husband will get transfered to another city.

I think about some previous nightmares I have encountered developing lots for mobile home rentals with very little knowledge about mobile homes. Now, ...Years later, I am close to purchasing a used manufactured home in a park from a dealer and I am going to do my due diligence. Looking forward to getting my paperwork in order. Hi john, thanks for the video, I am thinking about buying a mobil home in davie fl,i am a single mom and rents for a 2 bedroom runs around 1,300 a month, plus utilities, wow for me it is hard. theĀ rentĀ for theĀ land is kind of steep, good schools good mobil park around $708-$780, lets see what happens, I find your information very intresting and informative, especially for this lady that does not know anything what so ever about Mobil Homes :)
