Monkeynomics 101: Complete Investments Series

This is my entire Monkeynomics 101 series pertaining to investments in a single video! Some things were cut (like the intros between videos) in order to make it all fit within the YouTube maximum length of 2 hours and 10 minutes. 1. what are your thoughts on retiring in a country with a lower cost of living? For example in Guatemala your dollar goes about 3 times as far after exchange rate, cost of living and el pricio de los gringos (the extra cost for being foreign).
  2. Tfm I used to have blonde hair, but you've just turned me into a jew.
  3. Have you done a video on real estate before? Im stuck wondering which would be optimal for my goal real estate or mutual fund. The goal is to make as much money as possible 2 million at the least ideally 3.
  4. awesome man
  5. Thank you, Monkey. This video was very helpful.
  6. The trades are a way to short circuit this if you are young. You can earn 60k as a heavy equipment mechanic right out of a 2 year school, which is not expensive, or may even be free.

    http://profoundlydisconnected.com/

The added benefit is that generally these sorts of jobs are in low cost of living areas.
  7. There is some personal financial knowledge being taught in some schools such as this program: https://www.juniorachievement.org/web/ja-usa/home
  8. I have a question then instead of going to college should I join the navy I've been thinking about it and I want to join and I know I can and be on a ship and have all the money I'm earning go into a account I use later or go to college and get a job kinda thing
  9. Going have to watch this multiple times. Completely unaware and off guard!!! cheers!!!!
  10. Solid investment advice for young MGTOW's. I would also add, I recommend either holding all your assets in an LLC or a Living Trust, this will help protect your assets from predators who may sue. I would also recommend investing 5% of earnings in physical Gold and Silver and keep it hidden and safe and never let anyone know you have that. This is your hedge against financial instability.
  11. Hey TFM I just want to ask for some advice on my path and if it will lead me somewhere. I'm 19 years old and I'm deciding wether I should continue down my path of a bachelors in tax accounting so I can begin my own business or if I should bail on the whole thing and take an apprenticeship under a plumber, which would allow me to take advantage of the local union. Are these even good options for that matter. I'm in a tight spot and I know if I make the wrong choice here I'll be more fucked than a paraplegic at Omaha Beach. Anyway I really hope you can help me out here, thank you for the all the time you've taken with these videos and have a nice day.
  12. worse videoever. have better luck finding a sugar momma then even get top 30%
  13. so this only applies to the US.
  14. because I'm having issues and feel dumb how do I actually start purchasing stocks because I know that I should and I even know some of the ones I should buy but I'd actually do not know how to get from the money in my hand to owning the stocks( or other Investments)
  15. 10 % does seem astronomically high.
  16. for some reason i'm not subscribing to you. Thank you youtube
  17. Dave Ramsey?
  18. This video is basically ten years outdated, none of it is true anymore.
When stocks go down now, so does bonds. And ye don't own anything that fails the "sit on it test" Which simply states, if thou can't physically sit on it, thou don't own it.
  19. "I will teach you to be rich" by Ramit Seiti, read it!
It goes into so much depth on this topic!
