Recently subscribed, being also a property investor!.I have read most of the books you mention(amazing books indeed!)..However, I suggest you read 2 more books: Robert Kiyosaki: How to increase your financial iq(Amazing book) and, most importantly, Rich Dad's Success Stories Real Life Success Stories From Real Life People Who Followed the Rich Dad Lessons. In this book, people like us,reveal how they invested in Real Estate Property( With an analysis of everything-costs, repairs, ROI, etc) and got the financial freedom they wanted!!.Last but not least, go to Rich Dads Website and see if they still have a dvd called: Road to Riches(or sth like that). If I remember correctly this dvd(or series of dvds) Kiyosaki shares all the secrets for real estate. Congratulations for your channel!.

   As a young eager to learn and future investor I'm always looking for good books!
   I have read part of Rich Dad Poor Dad and Think and Grow Rich and learned a lot especially from Rich Dad Poor Dad. I definitely need to finish reading them.
   A slight edge sounds particularly interesting though! Very interesting ideas.
