Numismatics Vs. Bullion Coins?

When investing in gold or silver, avoid the scammers pushing you towards numismatics. These cost more money, hold confusing quantities of metal, and are less liquid as an asset. Please listen to what I am try to say in the video as I attempt to explain why I believe this way. Join the discussion here on the Junius Maltby Channel of graded coins, "Early Release", or "First Strike", coins, grading firms and the scams used to consume YOUR wealth.

  3. Thanks you told us the truth about numismatics... a veteran at the coin show who was shot in the head when he was in the Army.... he was ripped for $500 dollars for two scrappy coins he thought were ok... but the unscrupulous vendors at the show took his cash and did not tell him by eye sight obviously the coins were almost worth nothing much at all... they tricked him and they did not give him a refund... myself i lost thousands with being tricked by these grading schemes... and now the word is out... these people out there are hustling the public while making themselves look like angels... i quit.. no more coins for me... ive had it... they steal from people... by using their grading tricks and promotions... they are also very cheap when it comes to sharing any knowledge... they are in it for mostly just the money and to sell to the clients... they dont care about you. They would sell your Grandmother worthless 80% over valued coins... and then keep pushing the sales... they like getting a hold of the handicapped...people who have been cheated by brokers before. Evil evil people they want your money... and they dont care if its your last cent... this is a hobby not meant to be turned into a hustle hustling ordinary people who trusted The System... cause th system aint workin for you... it never did. They'll take your Mom Ma's money too... they are reptiles.
  4. I am new to coins but an investor and advisor and what i see is a nice premium for graded coins including this beauty
  5. I know little but I see graded coins are priced much higher so why not spend the 30 and kick the value up
  6. Thanks for all your time and great info, never assume intelligence always try to learn more thanks to junius for helping, governments not likely to create revolution junius do you feel it's key to get all graded like your 2009 beauty
  7. I can't sell my house, rental houses in 24 hours that would reflect the real value? Try selling stocks after the exchanges close? Yes you will find buyers, not the prices you will like! In a Mad Max World, water, gasoline, bullets, food, toilet paper become not commodities but money!
  8. can you please send me some gold?
  9. i hate sleeze bag people that expect something for nothing or in the business in the pretence of under valuing goods for the profits. used car sales people will never have my time of day ahhahaha
  10. what you want to do is buy coins that may someday be considered numismatic for bullion prices. for instance right now you can get gold libertads for pretty much the same price as buffaloes or AGEs but libertads may be worth good numismatic prices because they are popular and have mad low mintages.
  11. No capital gains tax on Numismatics Vs. Bullion. You forgot that.
  12. With the exception of a few months in 2011, St Gaudens Double Eagles (particularly MS65 and up) have out performed gold bullion for the past 10 years.
  13. In the first minutes you talk About getting bullion over numi's. But the eagles are the worst in comparison to the maple leaf for example since the eagle is not 24k gold.
  14. the ultra high relief is such a beautiful coin! awesome! i understand where you're coming from with regard to getting a third-party grader to grade bullion coins.... there are some collectors who have shown off their NGC graded gold coins. I guess to prove that they're not fake by sending it to the third party grader? I don't know...
  15. Very informative video. I'm just getting back into numismatics in general. Have collected since boy scouts, and worked on the collection sporadically over the years. I'm a newbie to collecting bullion versus numismatics, and I thank you for your thoughts on this.
