Salam Alaikum... from ustadh answer said you should study the compensation plan of a company before saying it is Haram or Halal... Pyramid and Ponzi scheme is Halal but Pyramid and Ponzi scheme are Haram... But most people that are asking question about Pyramid and Ponzi scheme can not differentiate between the three(3) Marketing Models, They are not the same but very similar. Even in the Conventional Market, Pyramid and Ponzi scheme are Illegal While only Networking Marketing is Legal. Some Company operating Pyramid and Ponzi scheme Systems do clam to be Networking Marketing Companies but the Government doing Monitor them and if it is discovered that they are exploiting their members the Government will close down the Companies and Jail the Management involved.
