It is possible to view Stock Options in NinjaTrader, version 7. Haven't tried version 8. I only use TD Ameritrade for data and use another broker for trading. The options are formatted using a C# script. I am practicing with the simulator with no problems other than 1 contract has to be entered as 100 shares to keep the PnL showing correct values. As of now, I cannot import every option (650,000+) as that would crash NinjaTrader. It does take time to import a smaller list as well. I might sell lists updated regularly if anyone is interested.
