We will just try to understand the concept of leverage, leaving all the technicality aside so that you can understand the power of options. Put options gives you a right to sell an underlying asset at a particular price within the fixed time. I will not complicate the matter by adding more concept rather we will just focus on the concept of leverage which is the core of option trading but this time on short side.
