1. Awesome study.  Really puts VOL in perspective.  However, I'm trying to square this with what Karen does.
   
   Remember, she said she traded 40K times in 2013.  So, she was sellin all around here.  
   
   Stayin small, and selling far out, and adding when VOL rises looks like the only play when you even consider selling premium ALL the time.
   
   Still scary.
