There is a lot of discussions when it comes to if you should pay off your house when it comes to real estate investment. I struggled with it myself when I first began to invest in Real Estate. There is no right or answer to this question. Real Estate can be a really complex thing with a lot of variables and you should be able to come up with the right solution for you, in your specific case. In that situation, you'll need to evaluate if the interest rate of your house will justify you paying off it. For example, if you are able to compensate this investment with other investment and it shows as a lucrative option, then this should be a good idea. 3. thanks, you made me save/make some dollars, canadians though lolll
  4. Based on per math it makes more sense to invest the money than to pay off your house. especially if you invest in good rental properties. However; I've decided that if I had the exact amount to pay off my mortgage I would. But my take on this is smart to invest money with hire returns than your mortgage interest and pay the mortgage off when your investments equals the payoff amount. I say this because no matter how much you've paid down your mortgage, you can have a foreclosure if there's a balance on your account.
  5. debt = slavery, so pay off debt asap and invest time in free education, freedom + maximum RoI on time (our most valuable resource) = Win
  6. Forget paying the house....become a model.
  7. That is assuming "perfect" conditions - something your programmer mind may have a bias towards. Real life is more chaotic. People lose their jobs, get ill and have other issues arise. Unless it is a very liquid asset that you are getting 5-6% on(e.g stocks), it is better to pay off mortgage. Putting money in an liquid asset like real estate isn't a good idea if you already owe a mortgage. You are assuming perfect liquidity/absence of chaos and that isn't real world situation.

Ever think of why your channel do not attract more views at all? Even biggest Youtubers with millions of views every video do not post videos that rapid.
