  1. "I think Manila Water is undervalued" -- I think the easiest way to know is to look at its financial reports, isn't it? Value shouldn't be left to speculation.
  2. Too much market jibberish. The easier alternative is to buy fundamentally sound stocks with good balance sheets, good income statements, positive earnings outlook, and are generally undervalued in the market. Stop listening to all the noise. Just build a portfolio of good companies, diversify, use averaging if you like, and generally -- you should be fine. Better yet, just invest in a good UITF from your local bank if financial reports and ratios don't make sense to you.
