Plus500 account blocked after making profits

This is how I made my 25 euro bonus from them to 1,193.52 euros in just 4 days of daytrading with them. But when i tried to withdraw 250 euros as you can see in the video, the cancelled it, and they blocked my account. You can see here that it's still logged in because I was on my phone and didn't log it out yet. I tried to contact FCA (waiting for their call), Contacted them (waiting for their reply) . . I didn't break their rules, especially on "scalping" where many users had this issue with them, , in their ToS scalping is trading under 3 mins, using programs, speedtrading etc.. In my case it cant be scalping. I hold my positions for hours, the minimum is 30 mins because I'm losing too much money. That's all I can say. . 1. you can't take the bono for your external account, because its a bono, you can take your money if that money its yours not money of the sistem.
2. Same thing happened just with me. Made my 25 euro to around 150. Got blocked, they wont answer me in live chat when i tell them my email, and doesnt answer mail

   Do you guys EVER read the user agreements?? Its not under 3 mins... Its the behavior in General, could be even 10 min...
   
   I deposited €800 at the start, now im making clean money and its getting better and better... Not a single problem... yet XD
4. All you guys who are saying it's a scam and can't withdraw your money are non-serious kids who do not trade seriously/put proper capital and trade sensibly. Plus500 is a decent beginner platform for novice readers, who fully understand the risks and are prepared to lay upfront some capital and make steady gains.

6. They make it very clear you are not allowed to scalp trade like this , have yourself to blame for not reading the terms and conditions

Once I mistakenly typed a wrong username to login, and their platform let me logged in with the wrong username with my real account password ( wondering how) After that they accuse me have 2 accounts, with they T&C, 2 accounts is not allowed with Plus500 and they won't let you withdraw your money because of that.

9. OMG, did you withdraw your money in the end? I am currently having a open account with Plus500, I found they cheating, I couldn't close my open positions when I make profit, the close button simply black out, and turn on again after my profit become negative. It happened so many times already.
10. That's odd , my girlfriend made 10k trading oil on Plus500 and she got her money within 3 days.

13. Plus500 is a big scam. Just read in their terms and conditions the fact that they take their info from 3rd entities, that can change the price that they send, and after all that, Plus500 can do that ALSO. The real price of the market can be one and they can show a different one.The market can have a real chart of prices, but Plus 500 will have another one. The way they trick people is that they change the price in such a way that they catch their customers in positions so they can lose. It's the only company that you can't speak with the people there, they are all hiding behind the terms and conditions that nobody understands in the true sense, and they have an army of lawyers to protect them. There are so many other platform out there with people willing to help, with communities of traders talking, and better deals for customers. I've been la customer here for years and now i've just realised the mistake i've made. Please don't do the same mistake.

17. plus500 is a scam like 90% of CFD's broker. If you are a winner client, they will break your balls with fucking things like that.
18. Just to help those who might have withdrawal issues in the future. You need to acquire a specific number of trader points in other to withdraw profits if the capital used was gotten from the initial (BONUS) rewarded to you for verification. You won't have issues trying to withdraw money from successful trades acquired from capital you deposited yourself. Hence, you wont need trader points to withdraw. I hope this helps :)
19. after seeing this i ceased my accounts with them, i agree simon cawkwell belives its a scam too, so can anyone suggest an app or something? i have been trading for a little while but i was buy and holding, and when they moved over to cyprus i lost my account along with the money, i guess i just had to move on and forget about that, but could anyone suggest and app a broker?
