  1. Hey Nemo,

I'm struggling to get taxes working the way they should.

I set specific prices, for example, $295 in USD for my US customers... This is the rough equivalent of £185 (inc VAT) for my UK customers.

However, because I am based in the UK I do not need to add US sales tax so the price needs to remain fixed at $295 for anyone purchasing in the USA. In the UK the price displayed is £185 but obviously the tax exclusive price is roughly £154.

If I enable tax, and add the 20% rule that I need to for my UK and EU sales then a USA customer can come in and purchase in pounds a product without the 20% tax meaning they get a 20% discount.

Can you advise how I can keep all the specific prices fixed for the entire customer journey, and show tax as a component ONLY when someone has entered their details in a region where tax applies. Where tax does not apply (USA/Canada) it should show as the specific price and in no currency should it deduct any tax.

    Hope that makes some sense...

    Hope to hear from you.

    Thanks,

    Dan
  2. Thanks for the video! It's very helpful! :) So glad you've provided us this whole 1.6 series!!
Currently, I am struggling on how to set auto emails for new customers registration.I can't find a way to customise the auto e-mail for customers. Also, instead of having the products on the Home page, how can I shift them into another page? As I want to set the Home page as a cover, customers will have to click on the home page before they can view my products. Do you know how to do that? It would be great if you can also create a tutorial for that too~~~
    Many thankssss!
  3. Hi Nemo very resourceful.
