1. We completely agree with two points raised:
   1) Commercial to Residential Conversions is becoming more and more popular and a fantastic opportunity for investors as long as they are willing to commit to it. There are many unknown areas of this strategy because it's a relatively new investment strategy.
   2) Investing through limited companies is also gaining popularity due to the financial/tax benefits that it provides compared to investing as an individual.
