The modern day, once again, is a time of resurgence for Russia from the crippling effects of the 1990s. Being 'contained' in various ways is therefore, nothing new. In this outtake, Putin offers a couple of words in relation to the effects of Western sanctions, plummeting oil prices, who is behind it and why.

   The title should probably be changed, I think that the intent was to point out that Russia has started to back its currency much more with gold but a statement that is wrong was made, for some reason. I hope people checked other sources to confirm, or in this case refute, what is stated. It seems that most people didn't.

In America, our corporations are selling $150 sneakers that were made for $5 which make it impossible for local business to startup and compete unless they too get enough funding to manufacture in a foreign country. What happens is the value of the dollar goes up which then gives the Federal Reserve the excuse to print more money to keep the economy equalized, thereby flooding the economy with more money resulting in more debt for the american people which requires more lending and credit cards to get by.

20. People like to trash Russia merely out of jealousy, Russian people can survive the harsh winters and poverty that occurs from sanctions and abuse by the West. Yet Russians seek to live in peace but when you provoke and taunt and threaten them they have to prepare to defend, that is human nature, so Obama needs to leave office before the USA can resume peaceful relations with Russia. Clinton wants to war against Russia too, so hopefully she will not win election. Peace is possible, if people stop pointing their hatred towards the east and learn to live in harmony. The USA wants to dictate to Russia but the people are tired of the broken promises and exploitation's of the west, even Americans struggle to scrape by under the oppressive USA economy that reduces most humans to barely get by month to month. USA needs to look in the mirror first before other nations will agree to imitate them. Russians do not want to give up their culture so the USA can exploit them, china also feels the same way.
