You know what folks, I use to be skeptical about Tim Sykes and I even use to hate; but to be honest, now that I actually have "skin in the game" as Tom Sosnoff says, and I have been actively trading with real money, my real money, watching this video I am laughing and shaking my head so much in agreement. I know exactly what these guys are talking about and I appreciate Tim Sykes and Matt. These guys are inspirations hands down. And on the question of a memorable loss because of life getting in the way, so I'm working out of town, I'm in my hotel room, I don't need to be at work until noon so I opened a position with CHK (Chesapeake) and I needed to take a monster shit but I was monitoring the stock. I actually took the laptop with me to the bathroom as I sat on the toilet LOL!! I fucking lost $250 though...but note to self, don't buy a stock when it has increased 3 days in a row, that's a novice trade move. I put $10,000 in at 9:31 am and it shot up in 2 minutes I was at $800 profit, BUT THEN IT REVERSED COURSE and I almost had heart failure...the stock tanked, I panic bought and panic sold. Then I re-bought to cover my initial loss of $600, making a correction to only $250 loss. Bottom line, the life of a trader...I relate with this video. Thanks Tim and Matt.
Damn, this was a great video. I love the reality of this, yet the positivity that radiates from it. I am still learning before I jump. I didn't know what trades were until just yesterday, and now spending all weekend watching videos and looking at the different types of trades.
