   -Use company to manage property(using power of agency)
   -you will have to find good property management. You may have to fire a couple. Check out there references. You are managing property managing company.
   -Find a good deal. Close deal and have inspect the property in contract.
   -run numbers. Assume rent under 10% market. Factor fees( home owner insurance, taxes, repair, upkeep), dont want to be pulling money out of your pocket. Adjust by making low offers.

18. How can i get bank loan for more than one property? Currently have one property and bank wont let me loan more unless they see my tax return for 2 yrs with rental property. Currently have 150k cash i would like to invest on rental properties.
