1. Robert has his hands in his pockets each time in between his talking points. While he sounds very positive and confident his body language tells me he doesn't believe in what he is saying.
2. That's great but how did you buy the first property without having a job or some form of income. If you want to buy a house through loaning money off the bank, they will still need proof of your financial income to show that you are able to pay off the debt if worst comes to worst.
