How can you find/look at the history of a location?
the prices in America are just fantastic - even in great locations. In the south of England where I live you would hardly buy a studio flat for under 150k dollars. I live in 1 bedroom flat, 30m2, in a small town - worth 200k.
this is inspiring but i cant help but mention, the barrier to entry for real estate investing is a significant under mentioned hurdle. im sure there are lucrative safe ways and entries but how would you buy a home with no >$1000 or no credit? really
