In NW Ohio, the rents in their examples will get you a 4000 sq ft home with acreage and out buildings. But, banks won't mortgage investment properties. You have to come up with cash.

to me the rents seem pretty high, around 11-12% yield (annual rent/cost of house) more common is around 5% and below I'd say
