20. well since we are in a financial pit, i got my 20 year old son and my 13 year old daughter and we listened to the books and bought cashflow 101,after mastering the game we started brain storming, paid off debt and created service business' and started investing in real estate, as the market rebounded and our properties increased in value and our rent went up ,we started buying stocks, and doing collar trades on them and now our investments are in bull calls at the right time and bear calls at the right time, iron condors and , we refinance out properties and pull the cash out and repeat the process, also, failed to mention cashflow 201, it worked. and each kid has their own corporations, good thing  we are not skeptics.. it really depends on if you are a lazy piece of sh*t or not, if so pass on this idea and go to school and stay in the rat race, maybe i can think for you one day and take your life's efforts....good day
