  1. I have been averaging down on Ford to the point it became 49% of my Robinhood portfolio. Tesla is also a great stock to buy but very expensive to get in!
  2. Dumped a few hundred in Ford. Decided to go with GE though as my main long term stock as they look promising in the not so distant future.
  3. I would love for Apple to buy ford 👍🏻👍🏻
  4. Hang in there, Ford will come up a little bit, and you do have the divs. every 5 shares of Ford brings you one dollar in divi.I would stay with Ford and GM. My grandma went to school with old Henry, I would stay with Ford, wish I had all the shares you have with Ford, that's lots of dividends!
  5. I'm buying ford like butter because is dropping like a fly
  6. Definitely going with ford
  7. I'll get ford and hold it for one year or 18months
  8. Actually, just recently Navigent rated Ford as the top company in the world in the development of driverless cars\car sharing...ahead of Google, damiler, and you guessed it... Tesla.
  9. I do not understand the stock price for Tesla. what's the justification for the high stock price?

I'm not buying a single share.

Ford all the way. I'll keep bringing down my average
  10. tesla was supposed to hit $300 10 years from now, not now. it is a penny stock bubble. this is 100% the opposite of your dividend strategy. if you want to make money riding new wave trends, ride politics---industries, ie. your boeing play. it is easier and you are already doing it, just with small position sizes. stick with what works. i dont know how much you are contributing from your salary, but your portfolio is growing at an upper class rate.
  11. The question is how much more upside does Tesla have? We understand that Ford is steady but if Testla can increase another 75% then Tesla would be the better long term investment.
  12. Hey, been watching your vid's for a few months now and find them very insightful, so ty!

Personally, I have only been investing since January with a relatively small portfolio, but I've already started falling in love with any potential "crisis" in terms of capitalizing on it while others seem to panic. I have already come to terms that 2017 is going to be a less than pretty year for Ford, but I'm long for the dividends at such a prime-time buy (and this i've been buying much since!).

While I do see Telsa flexing over the last months, I cant help but think I can get about 25 shares Ford the price of one Telsa share, and I just wanna plant a field of div's to come!!!

I have a confident Ford is prepared to weather the storm considering the legacy they've built thus far (tho consider, im young and nieve, but cant helpbut have the faith, haha)...and Im excited to see what they roll out for next gen tech (even if their not first to the party!)
  13. I think you're becoming too emotional with Ford. Tesla would be the better buy the Chinese tech company tencent just took a 5% stake in Tesla. The maker of WeChat the largest messaging app in China. Tencent could help Tesla with marketing for a greater slice of the Chinese market--- the largest market in the world where Apple, uber and others failed. What makes Tesla stand out is the partnership with a dominant brand in China across to over a billion people just on the app alone. Also, as you alluded to earlier the model 3 for the the larger American community. Saudi Arabia and middle eastern countries have also been purchasing recently a lot of Tesla with hopes of diversifying from oil. More importantly, above all you have Elon Musk visionary founder risk taker and one of the most or the most admired CEO in Silicon Valley. He has a track record of success. Plus he's on Trump's economic council. I understand your concern of the price of Tesla but if the stock becomes too expensive there's probably gonna be a stock split. Wall st has more than 8 buy ratings for Tesla right now.
  14. The electric car market is still very young. I don't see anyone doing electric vehicles like Tesla. They are positioning themselves to take a nice slice of that market, plus they are also moving into energy storage and production. I agree that Ford is a good company to buy and hold, but so is Tesla.
  15. Does Tesla not seem really risky because of the fact that they are still taking huge losses year after year?
  16. Like Ford's dividends but I am leaning toward Tesla. It will make the stock owner more money in the big picture.
