2. Most of this type of stock has a nice dip last week of january and 2 weeks later in february. Seems Like good opportunities to get in. I have been researching these type of stocks and also REIT stocks, pay very decent monthly dividends. But I just got in, when I get paid first few dividends I'll decide if I go into holding larger positions.
