1. my friend did stocks for 6 years he said you dont need to do taxes for stocks if you didnt make over 6k
2. a quick question. So today on robinhood i bought 50 stocks of amrn which after the afterhours was 3.30 so in total it cost 165. On my portfolio before this i had 500 dollars buying power but after this it became 130.50 and not 135 when i bought my stocks. Quick answers please about why this happened. They don't take extra money do they?
