7. you cant compare the two. Theyre two totally different apps meant for completely different type of investors. I use both. I use acorns for round ups and robin hood for any stocks or etfs that dont pay a dividend.

11. Why not use both? Acorns isn't even a direct stock trading service and it uses roundups
12. I have both apps. I am using Acorn form my wait and hold investing and Robinhood to do more trading.

14. In comparison to Acorns, you should've mentioned that Acorns charges you a monthly fee while Robinhood doesn't.
15. I used to be a big fan until yesterday. With it down for over 2 hours and how they restrict on selling volatile stocks has me a little worried. I also wish it had DRIP. This is a great app for small amounts with a buy and hold strategy but I don't think it's ready to be my full time broker. You can't beat the lack of fees but you do get what you pay for.
16. Yeah thanks for your videos! And I never made anything on Acorn... I'm doing much better on Robinhood in just my first week. And see much more potential giving all the control I have on Robinhood, compared to Acorn.

    I do a ton of research via google finance and nasdaq.com on advice on the stocks that i buy. I believe that Rhood is an excellent platform to get your feet wet in the stock market.
