I would have liked to see a drill-down of explanations for each order type and how there placed. Trying to read an explanation from Scottrade's Web page is NOT written for Beginners!
Its 2015 and scottrades website looks like they specifically asked their graphics design head to make it look like their site is from the early 2000s. Geez, I feel like I'm clicking on a virus that a greedy marketer wants to give me... The ceo is obviously old and doesnt understand the importance about a clean website that isnt glitchy.
I was hopeful this would help me. I am a new customer and the buying part is rather simple and easy...but there are special rules on stocks less than $3 with Scottrade..and it can be more complicated...but still rather easy to understand. what this video did not show is how to sell..and that evidently is much more complicated. I have tried to call my local branch to get help , bu they don't explain it well and I still can't figure out how to sell a lower priced stock I presently want to sell. The people don't seem good at helping new people. I am fairly upset with them and need help...considering taking my business elsewhere...
