Silver Stacking is not an investment

my opinion is that silver stacking is not an investment but an asset. when you buy gold and silver you are purchasing an asset that you hope to sell at a higher value then you paid for it.

  1. It's a long-term investment it's a hedge against inflation . Silver stacking is a smart way to battle against the Fiat currency that is destroying the economy . This guy does not sound like he knows the concept of stacking physical silver and gold or platinum and Palladium or rhodium . He just does not get the Fiat currency comparison to physical silver holdings Gold is wealth . Silver is wealth , Fiat currency is a promise with the backing of faith . Silver can hit zero and the only person it would affect is if you're a silver stockholder , if you own physical silver or gold you are ahead of the game it might be harder to sell but at least you own it . Ps don't sell your physical silver or gold if it hits below the cost of mining for it .
  2. The true definition of a homeownership as far as looking at it financially is that of a liability. A home requires massive amounts of money to be put in to it over the years that you are using it. Also you take the risk of losing your house to a natural disaster. Homes are no more an asset than cars in the sense that the only reason your home doesn't depreciate is because of constant upkeep and replacing what is worn out. In the end you would be lucky to break even on a home if you add up all the time and money put into it over your years of use.
  3. I simply see silver stacking as a preservation of wealth against the depreciation of fiat currencies. Subbed ya!
  4. some see it as an investment, some not. I just like shiny things..lol....Gamma
  5. well, not going to argue if it's an investment, but I am not buying on hopes of it increasing in value. I am turning my toxic cash to a monetary metal for my future retirement.
  6. Silver is a commodity.. A reasonably interchangeable good or material, bought and sold freely as an article of commerce. Commodities include agricultural products, fuels, and metals and are traded in bulk on a commodity exchange or spot market.Precious metals are a investment I bought 1000 oz at $15.00 and today it sits at $20.22 that's a investment..

  7. In an economic sense, an investment is the purchase of goods that are not consumed today but are used in the future to create wealth. In finance, an investment
is a monetary asset purchased with the idea that the asset will provide
income in the future or appreciate and be sold at a higher price. So I disagree.
  8. I partly agree with you but some people do invest in silver and gold, They buy it at once when the prices are low then sell all at once when the prices go crazy.
