As a Europhile, I'm not sure about this at all.  Who is the target audience?  If it's the general public it is far too full of jargon, which even I with a background in local government find a real turn off.  Whatever happened to the Plain English campaign?  If it's for the movers and shakers in business and government, then it is rather patronising and jokey.  Whatever, I can see the likes of UKIP having a field day ridiculing this kind of thing.  I think the subject could be presented far better in straight forward factual format.
