3. What is the difference between what is discussed in this video, with the Boston Consulting Group Matrix? IThe two sound similar to me, except for the names used for the various projects eg Oysters/White Elephants/Pearls/Bread and Butter instead of Dogs, Cash cows, Question Marks and Stars?
