  1. Everything doesn't work.
  2. "Probably one of my fiiirst, just because, you never forget your first ::nervousLaughter::"
  3. how could this interview be one of their shortest is beyond me. Please have her back and take note of our comments.
  4. Excellent interview until she was explaining about her first deal where the owner had to write her a check for $9200! Honestly I wanted to hear how that happens as it seems that very few owners would ever be willing to turn over their loan to a stranger, let alone pay them $9200. I would really like to know more about that first deal. Is it on one of her books maybe? Just to let you guys know you really are doing a great service and I'm eating up everything on here.
  5. I wish this lady would write a book about subject to in more detail. I have so many questions which you guys never seem to answer. How many years do these sellers agree to hold the loans on these properties? What are the margins? Do they cash flow at all?? Do they ever pay the sellers equity as a down payment?? Will they refi any subject to properties?? What do the contracts look like? If she had a book with sample contracts, how to structure an entity, a trust etc.. I would buy. It's like you guys didn't know what to ask so you talk about generalities, cliches and motivational bullshit.
  6. I am impressed... Step by step.
