1. Great video! Can you give us an idea of how you would bid on some of these? Example opening bit is $2000 on something that is valued at $150K. Do you do an automatic bid and walk away an wait? Do they go for only $100 over the last highest bid, or would it go all the way to your highest bid? Thanks!

5. thank you so much for all your video. I have been a inv/flip in mostly in So Cal for 18 years.  Just getting to tax deed, I have lots of questions. 
   Here is my biggest concern buying without living home is access to photos may not reflect day of sale condition or situation, ex fire, vandalism, squatters,...how do you check that before
   the sale?
