1. I only use my pillow to sleep on not for $spy or VIX crying. Small trades equal better yields ;)

Last year I lost 10000 bucks without having a stoploss....but from that I learnt either u have a stoploss or don't trade....coz that day I was down around 50-55 points due to some bad news but in a hope trade would reverse in my direction so I was averaging more and more but nothing happened and I lost not all but 30% of my account....so if any beginner reading this please have a stoploss or don't trade coz now I do trade with 30-40% times right and with money management, I'm making small money but not loosing and last thing never try to trade for recovering your lost money....go through some web research about physiology of trading...thanks for reading..!!!
3. Epic. Took me 2 years to loose 25k. Like a long slow painful death. Can't imagine that much in the blink of an eye. Position size is of utmost importance.
